The estate

Viñuelas, a Iberian wildlife paradise, has great landscape, artistic and environmental values and is home to fabulous specimens of deer, fallow deer, wild boar and partridge, among many other species.

THE ESTATE

A privileged place

The estate has an area of 3028 ha. It borders to the north with Tres Cantos and Colmenar Viejo, to the east with San Sebastián de los Reyes, to the south with land from the Valdelamasa estate and San Sebastián de los Reyes and to the west with other land in Madrid and Tres Cantos.

It is surrounded by a 42 km. perimeter stone wall made of dry masonry, most of which is identical to that of Monte de El Pardo.

It is crossed by three streams (Viñuelas, La Parrilla and Valdelamasa). Apart from these streams, numerous seasonal ravines run through the estate, giving rise to places of singular beauty and natural interest (Barranco de Labradores, Valdealeas, de la Reina, del Fraile, de la Fuente de Tena...).

The estate has numerous springs, which provide water during a good part of the year for the fauna and livestock. The holm oak grove is preserved in most of the estate, as there are very few areas devoid of this arboreal vegetation, which is complemented by ash trees, junipers and rockrose.

Viñuelas, an estate of over 3,000 hectares, with great hunting, landscape, artistic and environmental value. A perfect combination of hunting, sustainability, history, nature and haute cuisine.
